Throughout his life, Shaun has worked diversely within the football industry, from coaching at grassroots to working in the professional game.

Along the way, Shaun gained multiple qualifications and coaching badges and then, in 2019, embarked on his academic journey. He achieved a BA first class in Sports Management at the University of Birmingham, followed by a Sky Sports and Kick It Out scholarship at the University of Liverpool, where he obtained an MBA in Football Industries. Shaun is now a doctoral researcher at Loughborough University, with a thesis on 'Regulations on the Representation, Transfer and Care of Elite Youth Football: Examining the Role of Parents' in the Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences.

Always having a great passion for football drove Shaun to advocate for supporting players. Ensuring players and parents have the knowledge and skills to excel in football.
